In this directory contains the "xop2.4" package.  


** IMPORTANT **
   xop2.4 is under development, so this directory is not updated. 
   We strongly recommend users to install by now xop2.3 from: 
   http://ftp.esrf.eu/pub/scisoft/xop2.3/  **.


** INFO FOR xop2.4 USERS **
   xop2.4 is embedded with idl8.x and is subject to U.S. Export Control and
   is categorized under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 5D002.
   To use it you need to complete  and submit the "Software Application Form 
   for XOP v2.4 and Future Releases" as instructed therein. If all export 
   requirements are met the software will be distributed to the applicant. 
   The user will then receive the instructions and passwords to download and 
   install the software.

   The previous version xop2.3 has similar functionality and can be
   freely downloaded.
